Alumni Pizza Talk at UCA Khorog and Naryn Campuses
The School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) Alumni Pizza Talk series was held at the UCA Khorog Campus on 27 September 2025 and the UCA Naryn Campus on 11 October 2025, creating an interactive platform for current students to engage with recent graduates and learn from their early career experiences.
Designed to support students’ transition from university to professional life, the Alumni Pizza Talk offered an informal yet purposeful setting for open discussions on topics such as landing the first job, adapting to workplace culture, and balancing personal growth with career goals. Moderated by UCA alumni and staff, the sessions featured graduates representing diverse programs and professional backgrounds, including roles in education, communications, technology, geology, and development sectors.
Each event combined inspirational alumni talks, interactive panel discussions, and speed Q&A sessions where students could ask candid questions about career challenges and lessons learned—all while enjoying a relaxed networking atmosphere over pizza.
The Alumni Pizza Talks strengthened alumni–student connections, encouraged mentorship, and reinforced UCA’s commitment to preparing students for meaningful professional journeys. By fostering intergenerational dialogue and sharing real-world insights, these sessions continue to build a supportive and engaged UCA community across campuses.
